FAQ's
- Activation Code: A Series of numbers and symbols that you enter into your Home Mobile to activate the AwayPhone service.
- Local Number: A number in your destination country you can hand out to your contacts, on which you can always be reached. In some countries the Divert Number and the Local Number may be the same.
- Home SIM: The SIM card you already use in your Home country provided by your local mobile networks.
- AwayPhone SIM: An AwayPhone SIM is usually included in the package we send to you. You use this when travelling to the country you signed up for.
- SIM Inactivity Fee: Fee incurred when no calls have been made on your account for a 3 month period.
- Voicemail PIN: This is the PIN you need to enter after you hear your voicemail message and have entered `*`. This will allow you to listen to your voicemails left on your phone. Please refer to your guide book on how to pick up your voicemail.
- SIM PIN: The PIN you need when inserting your AwayPhone SIM.
